Data handling, security and how to request changes

Data Encryption

All personal information—name, email, payment details—is encrypted in transit and at rest using 256-bit SSL. We never share your data with third parties without your written consent.

Cookie & Tracking Policy

We use essential cookies for login sessions and fraud detection. You can disable non-essential cookies in your browser settings without losing account access or withdrawal functionality.

Account Security Practices

Two-factor authentication (2FA) is available in Settings. We monitor login attempts from new devices and require verification before allowing large withdrawals.

Data Retention & Deletion

We keep transaction records for three years for legal compliance. You may request closure and data deletion via the Help Desk; we process these within 30 days.

Withdrawal Verification

Before releasing funds, we verify your identity using bank statements or ID documents. This process takes 2–4 hours for DANA, OVO and GoPay; QRIS transfers usually clear the same day.

Rights & Disputes

If you dispute a transaction, email [email protected] within 14 days with your account number and transaction ID. We investigate and respond within 7 business days.

Answers to your account and privacy questions

Your transaction history remains on file for three years for regulatory compliance and dispute resolution. Your personal details (name, email, phone) are marked as inactive and removed from live systems after 30 days. You can request full deletion by contacting our Account Help Desk.

We store payment details in a secure vault separate from your account profile. When you deposit via DANA, OVO, GoPay or QRIS, the actual transfer happens through the payment provider's encrypted channel; we never see your full card or account numbers.

Access depends on local law where you are located. We may restrict login from certain regions to comply with gambling regulations. If your access is blocked, contact live chat to confirm your location eligibility.

Report it immediately to [email protected] with your account number and the transaction details. We freeze the account, investigate within 24 hours, and reimburse any confirmed unauthorized withdrawals if the dispute is filed within 14 days.

Withdrawal records are retained for three years unless local law requires a longer period. You can view your full withdrawal history in Account > Transactions at any time while your account is open.

Two-factor authentication (2FA) is optional but strongly recommended. Enable it in Settings > Security. Without 2FA, large withdrawals (above Rp 10 million) may require additional ID verification before we process them.
